From the login screen, tap "Forgot your password?" to display the password reset screen.2. Enter your registered email address and tap "Send email".3. When the existence of the user can be confirmed, an e-mail will be automatically sent to the registered e-mail address. Please open the email and check.4. The confirmation number consisting of 6 digits is described in the e-mail. You can use this as proof of your identity.5. Please return to the password reset screen of the app and enter the verification number described in the email.6. Enter your new password and tap Change Password. If the authentication is successful, the password reset will be completed. Please log in with your new password to confirm.[Invitation code]If you have sent an invitation email to the app, you can use it from "Invitation code input".When sending the invitation e-mail, the application administrator has already registered the user information, so you can use it without entering the registration information.1. Tap "Invitation Code Input" in "My Menu" to open the invitation code input screen.2. Enter the email address that received the invitation email and the invitation code written in the text of the invitation email, then press the confirm button.3. When the password setting is completed, you will return to "My Menu", so enter your e-mail address and password from "Login" to complete.[Message function]When you open the "Message" screen from the tab menu at the top, a window divided into contents will be displayed.From each window, you can exchange messages with the staff of Online Co., Ltd.The detailed operation method of the "Message" screen is as follows.・Inquiry list- icon, contact name, and latest message are displayed. You can start a message talk by tapping. Press and hold to display the operation menu.・User list operation menu- A menu that is displayed by long-pressing the user list. You can move to the message talk screen with the selected user and hide it from the list.The details of the message talk screen are as follows.・Message input field- Enter the message you want to send. After entering, you can send the message to the other party by pressing the "Send" button. Unfinished messages are retained even if you move to another page. URLs included in messages act as links.・Image send button-You can send the image with the gray button on the left of the message input field. Tap to display a list of images saved on the device, so tap the image you want to send to the other party.・Message history- Messages sent and received in the past are displayed. When you tap the link, the web page will open in your browser. Tap the image to enlarge it. Press and hold the message to open the copy menu.・Message copy menu- Displayed by long-pressing the message. You can copy the selected message to the clipboard or paste it directly into the input field.・Reload button- If the message history is not displayed properly, tap the reload button in the upper right.When you receive a message, the number of unread messages will be displayed in the user list.When the app is not running, we will notify you of the reception of the message by PUSH notification.【calendar】A sales reps schedule shows a calendar of days with availability.You can use it to make an appointment with a sales representative.【Other features】・App home screen- The latest information from Online Co., Ltd. is displayed on the app home.You can view the article by tapping NEWS. Links in articles open in a browser.・Cache Reload- Function to reload app data.Please use it when the message is not displayed well.・Delete account- You can delete your own users registration information on the account deletion page entered from the setting screen. All message history will be deleted.
